Dear Meghan,
I love the fluidity of your practice. Thank you for your teaching.

Feeling wonderful afterwards sweet and soft! Only downside for me is that my brain did latch on to the one section not being repeated on the left and I could of done with a little longer in the transitions but maybe that's because it's my first time and I didn't know the sequencing and had to keep looking up, probably best to watch it through once first before doing it.......

@karensimper... Thank you for your feedback, and letting us know. This will help others and we will look into it and make the changes we can make on our end as well. :)

The reverse rick star to plank is not repeated on both sides.

kristenviva, posted on October 30, 2014

I love the flow but I've noticed that certain backbends like wild thing really require hyper mobility of the shoulders rather than flexibility in any muscle group. It's not comfortable, graceful, or easy for me and would require some tendon flexibility on my part which I am not really into because it would be more of an injury than an opening. Same with some of the back bends... if you are born that way then go for it, but if you have to push yourself to that, I feel like it's creating unsafe openings in tissue that can never go back. Anyone else have an opinion about that?

She has a beautiful practice though, and this is such a strong practice! I am DEFINITELY going to adopt that childs pose to high plank flow! Sooooo good <3

I've commented about this video before, but have to comment again because I love it. Meghan is one of my favorite instructors and I think her classes are great. Just what I was looking for! Thanks!

@voyagerdelanuit Hi voyagerdelanuit, I know what you mean. Her style throws me off a bit because I'm used to symmetry and balance in the flow of the movements. For example, she tends to do a series of movements on the left side, but then does not come back to it on the right side. It leaves me feeling like I left something out. But she makes up for it in other ways, mainly in her playfulness and sensualness which I find very soothing.

jodeejo01, posted on April 3, 2013

I love all your videos on here! I always feel amazing when I finish one of your classes. Thankyou.

very sweet indeed.

voyagerdelanuit, posted on March 19, 2013

i keep wanting to like her videos. she has a beautiful way of moving but honestly every time I try, it doesn't work. it's repetitive in the wrong way...i don't know, just doesn't resonate with me in practice. maybe im the only one.

afedorio, posted on March 15, 2013

Whoops, didn't check the level rating before I did this, so it was a bit hard at times, but I feel so inspired and happy from the inside out! I can't wait to be able to follow all the flows w/ ease. Thank you for this practice <3

I've done this video several times and I like it more and more each time. Tonight it was the perfect length for a short but reasonably intense workout. I feel stronger and more limber, just like I would with a longer workout. Great stuff! Thank you, Meghan. Namaste!

biensurbear, posted on October 17, 2012

definitely a challenge for my first intermediate video. I'm going to keep coming back, though, because I felt great afterwards and know this is giving me a strong body and strong mind each time I try.
