Thank you so much for a wonderful full mind/body class. I loved all the flowing movements and the flowing meditations. This is a powerful class that feeds the soul! I still can not do the splits, but good instruction on feeling good about where you body is at and good modifications given. This was the first class with Mara and look forward to trying more! Thanks Mara. The video did pause a few times which can be frustrating, but got it going and it stayed on.

I could not get this video to play all the way through; it would pause & freeze up, then it would close & I'd have to restart video from the beginning. After a couple times, I had to give up. If this could be looked into please, I would appreciate it as I was enjoying the practice & want to try again. Thanks, Gail

I 'almost' liked the class. I really felt that there was a lack of instruction on Mara's part. All of the sudden she would be in a completely different pose than her words would be guiding you to. Also, even though this is an intermediate class, she really does not give many options for modification until after the sequence is finished. I will not be doing this class again.

I use these practices everyday and almost never have a problem, but this one stopped twice. Do you know which end the problem is on? I really enjoyed it! Namaste.

such a perfect way to end a long day in the office. thank you- this is absolutely one of my favorites

There was a certain basicness about ths practice--almost like it was designed for beginners. It was more challenging than it looked, and surprisingly satisfying. Nice eagle pose variations.

Finally another longer practice from the wonderful Mara! This has made my day!

NicoleUrdang, posted on January 10, 2013

An excellent practice, thank you.
Just a heads up: you omitted the second seated twist near the end.
I added that, some ab work, a lying twist, and a longer savasana, which brought the practice to about 85 minutes.

Love love love this class!! I absolutely love the moving meditations! I am still learning how to best utilize still meditation, but I thought moving meditations worked better for me. Thanks again for an amazing class!
