Emery Smith is a former surgical technologist and first assistant who served in the United States Air Force (USAF). In 1990, he began active duty at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, where he received training in surgical procedures and worked alongside specialized surgeons worldwide. His extensive experience in biologics and genetics led to opportunities at Sandia and Los Alamos National Laboratories, where he analyzed tissue samples of various origins. Drawing from his military and laboratory background, Smith established his own medical and biotechnology companies.
