(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 young coconut (meat and water)
- 2 packages frozen acai (unsweetened)
- ½ cup pineapple
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ medium beet
- 3 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp baobab powder
- Raw honey to taste
- Blend all ingredients in your high-speed blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
You may need to use the tamper with a VitaMix, or stop the blender and use a spatula to keep all the ingredients moving. This makes a beautiful, deeply-colored drink that is as delicious as it looks!
