The Balancing Act

How can we be free from suffering? In this meditation, Ram Dass helps us to see that we can be joyful in the midst of suffering we experience, by doing what we can to be compassionate toward people who are also suffering. We can bring balance to our lives by reaching out with acts of service (seva) to others.
