Brain Boosting Foods

Ingredients (use organic ingredients where possible) 1 cup almond butter 1 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1/2 cup raw hazelnuts 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/2 cup raw cacao 1 tbsp maca

Method Melt the coconut oil, add the almond butter and honey, cacao and maca. Place in a baking paper lined tray. Pour in the melted mix and sprinkle all the other ingredients on top and place in the fridge until set.
