This tea has all the ingredients to help your body relax and adapt to hormonal changes. If you have specific issues with cramping, then this is the tea for you!

Chamomile has been in common use for thousands of years as a sedative to calm nerves and is thought to have anti-inflammatory properties. Chamomile tea contains compounds that may help fight infections and relieve menstrual cramps.

Guggul is often used in Ayurvedic medicine for the treatment of pain, inflammation, and menstrual problems.

Valerian is one of the most potent, safe, and effective herbs known for the nervous system. It is effective as both a long-term tonic for the nerves and as a remedy for acute and chronic conditions, such as pain or headaches. Valerian has historical use as a sedative, antispasmodic, anticonvulsant, migraine treatment, and pain reliever. It is useful whenever there is muscle or joint tension, so it may also be used to alleviate menstrual cramping.
