Raw garlic is rich in antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal properties, making it a great addition to your diet, anytime of year.
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 8 oz (2 sticks) butter, room temperature
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
- With a fork, mix together room temperature butter, garlic and parsley.
- Transfer the garlic herb butter onto a sheet of parchment paper, roll up to form a cylinder shape. Twist both ends tight and store in the refrigerator.
- Cut into slices when the butter becomes cold and solid.
