Hamstring Journey

This practice is designed to release tension in the hamstrings and the entire back body—areas where we often hold physical and emotional stress. By gently opening these spaces, we create a pathway for energy to flow more freely through the body. As we soften and lengthen the backline of the body, we open ourselves to letting go of old patterns and creating space for the healthy new ones.

This breath-guided flow includes poses like half splits, cross-legged forward folds, cobra variations, and crescent moon. Each movement is thoughtfully sequenced to support both physical release and inner transformation.
