Dandelion: Herbalists use dandelion root to detoxify the liver and gallbladder.

Ginger is often called a "wonder herb", and has antibacterial, antifungal, and antirhinoviral properties. It also protects the liver and stomach.

Goji berries contain polysaccharides, which enhance the body's ability to resist disease. The polysaccharides in goji have a chemical structure similar to compounds found in echinacea and maitake mushrooms.

Cinnamon is rich in antioxidants which inhibit bacterial growth. Astragalus (huang qi) is a well-known traditional Chinese herb that is good for colds, flu, immune-deficiency related problems, and more. Astragalus promotes healing and provides energy to combat fatigue and prolonged stress.

Chaga: Nature's "King of the Herbs", Chaga has been known for thousands of years to help maintain a healthy life-energy balance, preserve youth, promote longevity, and boost the immune system.

Honey is a natural antiseptic, and is often used to promote energy and healing.


Ingredients

(use organic ingredients where possible)

Brew into a tea:

  • 1 qt spring water (reduced to 2 cups);
  • 3 tbsp dandelion root
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp goji berries

Strain the herbs and blend 2 cups of the tea base with the following ingredients:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp spoon astragalus
  • 2 squirts chaga extract 
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla powder 
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
