This is a simple tonic to promote strength, vitality, and dynamism. Ginseng has been used for thousands of years to improve overall health, increase longevity and improve quality of life.

Goji berries are perhaps the most nutritionally rich berry-fruit on the planet. They are a complete protein source; contain 19 different amino acids and all eight essential amino acids; and have at least 21 trace minerals, as well as vitamins B1, B2, B6 and vitamin E.

Fulvic acid is helpful as a digestive aid and detoxifier.

Eating a lemon every single day is recommended for supporting longevity.

Long known for its anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric is one of nature's most powerful healers. Turmeric improves cell health, boosts the immune system, and protects against disease.


(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 1 cup spring water
  • 1 pear, core and stem removed
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 squirts ginseng extract
  • 2 squirts fulvic acid
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (or equivalent fresh root)


  1. Add all ingredients to your tall cup or blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
