  • 1 pear, core and stem removed
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 squirts ginseng extract
  • 2 squirts fulvic acid
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (or equivalent fresh root)
