- 14 ounces spring water
- 1 cup fresh yam or sweet potato
- 2 tbsp mesquite
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp maca root powder
- 3 dates
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ashwagandha
- Dice the raw yam into cubes.
