This combination of hemp seeds with the potassium-rich banana, energizing cacao and bee pollen, plus hormone-balancing maca creates a smoothie that will power your day and provide all you need to restore and replenish after exercise.
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp bee pollen
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Honey, to taste
- 1 cup ice
