Foods that reduce concentration: Sugar, processed or refined foods, trans fats or vegetable oils used in cooking or baking. Whole grains: The brains food is glucose Fish Oil: the brain is made 60% of fat. Eat smaller younger fish 3x/week like salmon, herring, sardines, which are rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
