Why It's So Good For You
Adding nori to your breakfast may sound strange, but it's a great addition to your meal! Known as an ancient superfood, it was once believed to be our ancestors' secret to health and longevity. For thousands of years our forefathers ate seaweed for optimum nutrition as it's rich in minerals, including iodine required for healthy thyroid function.
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 cup yogurt (coconut or natural yogurt)
- 1 handful fresh or frozen berries
- 1 handful chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, brazil nuts)
- Raw honey or sweetener of choice
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
- Freshly chopped mint
- Cacao nibs
- Coconut threads
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla extract
Directions
- In a serving glass, spoon in the yogurt, top with berries and nuts, drizzle with honey and serve.
