This Teeth Grinding & Jaw Clenching guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who grind their teeth or clench their jaw.

Teeth grinding and jaw clenching (also called bruxism) is often related to stress or anxiety. Some studies predict that teeth grinding could affect 8% to 31% of the general population. In this session we will help you to relax and release any feelings of stress and anxiety to break the habit of clenching your jaw and grinding your teeth for good. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to stop grinding your teeth or clenching your jaw.
