- 16 oz warm spring dragon gynostemma tea (use 3 teabags)
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp reishi powder
- 1 tsp (or 3 capsules) cordyceps
- 1 tsp astragalus powder
- 2 squirts vanilla stevia
- Celtic sea salt
- Add all ingredients to your tall cup or blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
