This yoga class with Cameron Gilley is a smooth blend of the stillness of Yin Yoga with the more dynamic flow of classic Hatha Yoga postures. This class is great for re-balancing both body and mind. A workout and a work-in. Contraindications: You will need a bolster and a foam block for this class. Be mindful of your knees in deep hip openers. For any knee injuries, place the foam block under your knees. Be mindful of any lower back pain, injuries or tension when doing back bends and modify the pose to make it more comfortable.
