Welcome to a seven part chakra series that's all about creating balance in the energy centers in your yoga practice.
The chakra system is a mapping of how the mind and body intersect and it runs vertically up and down the central channel in the body. Dayna Seraye will take you on a journey of accessing both the physical and subtle qualities of all seven chakras, beginning at the root and ending at the crown. Each 20 minute practice will guide you through mantra (chant), mudra (hand gesture), breathwork, and gentle movement in an effort to create balance in each of these energy centers.
