Almond Milk

An alkalising almond and coconut milk recipe to satisfy!

Almonds are a rich source of protein, Vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, selenium, manganese, and iron. This means strong bones and muscles, antioxidant protection, healthy skin, high energy levels, good metabolism, and other health benefits.


(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • ½ cup lecithin
  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • ¼ cup coconut butter
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 coconut, water
  • 3 cups almonds
  • 6 cups purified water


  1. Blend lecithin, honey, agave nectar, salt, vanilla bean, coconut butter, coconut water and hot water. Set aside.
  2. Combine almonds and water in the blender and blend on high for two minutes. 
  3. Strain the mixture through cheesecloth to remove pulp.
  4. Pour both mixtures into a large pitcher or bowl. Enjoy.
