The Best Healthy Dairy-Free Coffee Creamer

Can't resist having creamer with your coffee? Then this is a must for you! Vegan, gluten-free, and of course way healthier than the store-bought version which usually includes casein, sugar, sodium, and corn syrup. This homemade option ensures you'll have a nutritious and healthy creamer.

Makes: 2 cups


(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • ½ cup raw cashews, soaked for 12 hours
  • 1½ cups purified water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tsp manuka honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla (more or less to taste)


  1. Drain and rinse cashews.
  2. Blend all ingredients on high in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  3. Store up to 1 week in the refrigerator.


You can choose to soak your cashew nuts overnight otherwise you can do a quick soak, where you use hot water and soak for 1 hour.
