Citrus Kola

This drink is a serious upgrade of a classic formula that combines the best foods, superfoods and herbs to help improve circulation, build healthy tissue, and smooth out fatty deposits.

(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 tsp methylsulfonylmethane
  • ½ tsp gotu kola powder
  • 6 large mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • Spring water


  1. Remove the skin of the citrus fruits, leaving the bioflavonoid-rich pith and seeds intact.
  2. Cut the pineapple into chunks.
  3. Blend everything together in a high-performance blender and enjoy on an empty stomach.
