Whether you are working your legs, your arms, running a marathon or surfing some serious waves, without core strength your performance is limited and you are prone to injury. Good core strength will support your whole body in moving fluidly and help to prevent injury by creating a strong center. When our center is strong we feel grounded, balanced and in charge.
