Fresh Hemp Milk

Enjoy this delicious and nutritious hemp milk in your chia seed porridge, latte or any smoothie!

Makes: 1 whole pitcher


(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 6 cups filtered water
  • ¾ cup shelled raw hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground vanilla bean
  • 6 tbsp agave or yacon syrup


  1. In a blender, add the filtered water, hemp seeds, coconut oil, sea salt, cinnamon, ground vanilla bean, and sweetener of choice.
  2. Blend on high speed until nice and creamy.
