Another one of Jason's favorite breakfast recipes is a Vanilla Latte. Fantastic transition if you normally consume coffee as it is caffeine free and bursting with nutrition.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 10oz mild tea (like Gynostemma)
- 2 tsp shilajit powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2oz hemp milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 squirt ocean trace minerals
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Sweetener to taste (agave, yacon syrup or coconut palm nectar)
Directions
- Start by adding the tea, hemp seed milk, shilajit powder, vanilla powder, coconut oil, ocean trace minerals, cinnamon and sweetener of your choice.
- Blend for 30 seconds and get ready to kick-start your day with this delicious caffeine-free latte.
