Vanilla Latte

Another one of Jason's favorite breakfast recipes is a Vanilla Latte. Fantastic transition if you normally consume coffee as it is caffeine free and bursting with nutrition.

Serves: 1


(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 10oz mild tea (like Gynostemma)
  • 2 tsp shilajit powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2oz hemp milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 squirt ocean trace minerals
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Sweetener to taste (agave, yacon syrup or coconut palm nectar)


  1. Start by adding the tea, hemp seed milk, shilajit powder, vanilla powder, coconut oil, ocean trace minerals, cinnamon and sweetener of your choice.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds and get ready to kick-start your day with this delicious caffeine-free latte.
