Green Breakfast Smoothie

Start your day in style with this super delicious green breakfast smoothie. This smoothie can be had every day and Is a tremendous way to include greens in your diet.

Serves: 2-3


Ingredients

(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 1 ½ cups hemp milk
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • ⅓ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 large kale leaves, with stems
  • 1 small handful arugula or spicy greens
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice (agave, yacon syrup or coconut palm nectar)
  • ½ tbsp green powder
  • ½ tbsp tocotrienols
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • ½ tsp shilajit powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 whole vanilla bean, scraped
  • ½ avocado, pitted
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp goji berries to top

Directions

  1. Start by putting all ingredients except the goji berries into your blender.
  2. Blend on high for 30 seconds and you will have yourself a super nutrient rich breakfast smoothie.
  3. Top with the goji berries and enjoy!
