In this workshop with Marla Waal, learn how and why the ancient practice of using a neti pot with salt water works to open the nasal passages. Removing debris and allowing for greater intake of Prana (life force) this also helps to reduce allergies or illness associated with the throat and sinuses. A must for yoga practitioners. Note: Depending on the quality of water where you live, it may be important to use distilled water for this practice. Exercise caution in this regard.
