SUPER GREEN ELIXIR
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 quart (1 litre) spring or filtered water
- 2-3 tbsp Garden of Life Raw Organic Green Super Food (or any greens with raw cocoa blend)
- 2-3 tbsp Superfood Greens (or any superfood greens brand)
- 2-3 tbsp spirulina
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until combined.
GREEN JUICE
Ingredients
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 2 celery sticks, with leaves on
- 1 cucumber
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 small bunch of mint
- 1 lemon with skin on
- 1 thumb-sized piece turmeric
- 1 thumb-sized piece ginger
Directions
- Place ingredients one at a time into a juicer until all ingredients have been juiced.
