Choose from a potent, super green elixir to alkalize, energize and kick-start your day (perfect for serious green juice enthusiasts) or the green juice full of goodness with zesty lemon, ginger and mint to gently detoxify and awaken the body!

SUPER GREEN ELIXIR

Ingredients

(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 1 quart (1 litre) spring or filtered water
  • 2-3 tbsp Garden of Life Raw Organic Green Super Food (or any greens with raw cocoa blend)
  • 2-3 tbsp Superfood Greens (or any superfood greens brand)
  • 2-3 tbsp spirulina

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 
  2. Blend until combined.

GREEN JUICE

Ingredients

(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 2 celery sticks, with leaves on
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 small bunch of mint
  • 1 lemon with skin on
  • 1 thumb-sized piece turmeric
  • 1 thumb-sized piece ginger

Directions

  1. Place ingredients one at a time into a juicer until all ingredients have been juiced.
