WE LOVE KALE! Try this simple kale salad and instantly feel alkalised and nourished! Kale is anti-inflammatory, reduces oxidative stress, and is a potent antioxidant.
(use organic ingredients where possible)
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Lemon, juiced
- Cayenne pepper
- ½ cup mung bean
- Strip kale leaves from the stem, place in a bowl.
- Tear kale leaves to "bite size" pieces.
- Add avocados, sea salt, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and basil.
- Mash with hands. Add tomato and soaked mung bean sprouts.
- Toss lightly and serve.
