Kale Salad

WE LOVE KALE! Try this simple kale salad and instantly feel alkalised and nourished! Kale is anti-inflammatory, reduces oxidative stress, and is a potent antioxidant.

Serves: 2


(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 1 bunch kale
  • Avocados
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Lemon, juiced
  • Cayenne pepper 
  • Tomato
  • Basil
  • ½ cup mung bean
  • Sprouts


  1. Strip kale leaves from the stem, place in a bowl.
  2. Tear kale leaves to "bite size" pieces.
  3. Add avocados, sea salt, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and basil.
  4. Mash with hands. Add tomato and soaked mung bean sprouts.
  5. Toss lightly and serve.
