Mango Coconut Chutney

Who doesn't love a good chutney! This raw chutney recipe is sure to satisfy and impress your guests at your next dinner party.

This tropical fruit is a rich source of vitamin A, an important vitamin linked to eye health and bone growth. Mangos also have a hearty amount of fiber, which helps move things along in your gut.

(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 1 large mango
  • 3 green apples
  • 1 cup red onion,
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp all spice
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Sea salt


  1. Chop the mango, apples and red onions and place in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in all spices, stir, and serve.
