Neem Clean Green Drink

Neem leaf or bark tea may be drunk to support healing. It is very potent. Neem seed oil can be diluted with other oils, such as olive oil and encapsulated to become more ingestible. This drink will help keep the inside of the body sparkling clean!

Why it's so good for you:

Neem is a tropical tree from India and Southeast Asia. Neem products (bark, leaf, seed) are aggressive destroyers of many different types of unwanted guests. Neem acts as an antibacterial, anti-parasitic, antifungal and antiviral agent. Generally, diluted forms of the seed oil are recommended for topical use or oral hygiene.

Ingredients

(use organic ingredients where possible)

• 12 oz water
• 4 - 8 neem leaves or 1/4 - 1/2 tsp neem powder
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 1/4 tsp sea salt 

Directions

1. Blend on high until mildly warm from the blender. 
2. Enjoy!
