This class is designed to tap into curiosity, joy, and the unexpected as we add variations to foundational postures to keep it fun and interesting. Begin in a seated meditation with a chant to align the chakras before moving to the stomach for prone core strengthening and spinal opening. Build into a standing series of postures with optional variations.
