Yes, you heard right... UN-Fried Rice! This 'fried rice' is not fried nor rice but it is equally as tasty as it's counterpart dish. Vegetables contain a high mineral and vitamin content, and offer good fiber for bowel health. We also require them to detoxify our body and support liver function.

Ingredients

- 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 cup mint, finely chopped
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 cups scarified wild rice, soaked overnight
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Sea salt
- Toasted sesame oil
- Olive oil
- Regular sesame oil
