Un-Fried Rice

Yes, you heard right... UN-Fried Rice! This 'fried rice' is not fried nor rice but it is equally as tasty as it's counterpart dish. Vegetables contain a high mineral and vitamin content, and offer good fiber for bowel health. We also require them to detoxify our body and support liver function.

Serves: 2


(use organic ingredients where possible)

  • 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mint, finely chopped
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cups scarified wild rice, soaked overnight
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Toasted sesame oil
  • Olive oil
  • Regular sesame oil


  1. Finely chop the vegetables and use equal amounts of each. Combine in a large bowl.
  2. Add chopped mint, rice, and sun-dried tomatoes, mix together.
  3. Mix in the spices and oils.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
