I joined this site for the Yoga everyday. (And then realised, there was soo much more to this site!) I seen it advertised on my Facebook. I do Yoga classes twice a week. An hour and a half classes, Tuesday night, and Friday morning. And while I've loved Yoga for years, this was the only time I ever done it. I tried doing at home, but didn't feel the sane motivation. Plus I tried doing it for as long. But with this (I do each video morning and evening) So 15 mins twice a day, followed by my own 5 minutes mediation. And having something that wont feel like it will take too long, and having someone to follow along with, REALLY HELPS! Feels like I'v FINALLY found a way I can stick too doing Yoga outside the classes. Thank-you! :-D

perfect amount of time and easy, smooth movements. love it! I want to eventually learn the sequence of posses by heart so I'm not constantly stopping to watch Steph and what she's doing. I don't know the lingo yet!

I had the same problem with freezing but I really need to get back to Yoga I hope that going forward I can find myself again. Daily practise will help

I do not like this guide . Does not make me to feel good . I do not have nothing agains mantras etc. It is not comfortable and I do not feel positive yoga energy for me its not what I like from yoga .

Just got home and wanted to see what today's practice was. I liked the speed as it wasn't too fast. I usually don't like Vinyasa yoga because it's fast, but the flow was good here. It was simple and nothing too challenging. Thank you. Another to my playlist! I'm now feeling stretched out and calm after a busy day.
