Got me moving after not practicing for a few days.

NicoleUrdang, posted on November 17, 2015

Very slow, but not relaxing because of all the dogs barking and people talking.

This class was a perfect sequence to ground down and awaken different areas of the body. I've been practicing for over 15 years and it feels good to move slow and connect back to intentional movements. I'm also pregnant and this was a gentle practice that works well for prenatal yoga. I just didn't do the twists and did more cat/cows during the floor sequence. Thank you Danielle for a lovely class. I will definitely watch again!

My wife watched this class and enjoyed the yoga, but also liked the location. Where was this filmed?

I recovering from a serious rotator cuff injury and this class has still allowed me to keep up with my practice.

Like other yoginis here, this was a practice I did on a groggy morning. Muscles felt a bit weak, but it was nice to gently push through. Some of the other comments are puzzling. If you don't like the spiritual aspect of yoga, you need calisthenics. The physical alignments hints were soft and encouraging, almost fading into background noise -- they didn't take over the whole practice, which I find distracting. The background sounds were pure joy and happiness -- so much fun and connection between the kids, the parents, and that beautiful dog. I allow the background noises to flow through instead of stopping inside to distract. Finally, her voice stays consistent throughout on my speakers, so perhaps that's been fixed? I was not able to close my eyes throughout this practice, however that may have been due to my post-Christmas grog.

Lovely gentle morning practice.

Great class, Danielle! Needed the relaxing session this evening before going out. Loved the "live" feel of leading the class by the water. The few instances of background activities lent to the natural feel -- not distracting at all. (Actually made me want to get to the beach soon!) Also enjoyed that the instruction focused on the physical aspects of yoga as I get distracted by too much attention on the spiritual elements in some videos. I'll look for more of your videos to practice and will bookmark this video for my wife to try as her first yoga class. Be well.

Nice slow calming practice, a little distracted by people in the background only during savasana.

Thank you for a wonderful class Danielle! I loved the full body flow and the longer held poses (as a Iyengar student I appreciate this very much). I feel great:)

Lovely practice. The volume seems low, though, especially at the end.

Great class that delivers exactly what the description says. Slow and steady, good for building strength, and allows enough time to actually align each asana and enjoy it before moving on. Danielle has a soothing voice and offers good cueing and clear directions. Will definitely be coming back to this video.

I did this video because of the comment below, as I too felt groggy that morning. It was PERFECT. Thank You, Danielle, for your honest, humble practice and guidance. Much appreciated,

I woke up very groggy this morning and this class helped wake me up in a very slow and gentle way; I never felt like I had to catch up with my breath. Danielle is a fantastic teacher with a really soothing voice and she always reminds you to listen to yourself and disarm your ego. I would love more classes by Danielle.
