Aloha Marla,
I'm brand new to yoga (am LMT and Feldenkrais)...balance has always been a struggle, especially on the right. Years of habit of locking out into skeleton with forward pelvis... gluts just not very strong, so especially right hip wants to jut out to compensate for foot wanting to pronate, etc..... when I find these strong imbalances, do you recommend some extra time spent on playing with the weak side in order to, hopefully, strengthen and "catch up" with the other side a bit?

My first "class" which I truly enjoyed. I am an equestrian and balance is very important to me, not only will I benefit from from taking this "class" on a regular will my horse.

I enjoy this video very much. Maria gets you to really pay attention to your core and feet. I would LOVE a 60-minute version of this!
