This sequence helps us stay cool with our breath, and we use metaphors of water and sensuality as a key to patterning the brain to stay cool, we can really feeeeeel it.

I've done this sequence twice and think it's great! It feels especially good deepening in Pelican pose to stay in the posture and breathe with the hip open. I love all your practices Kate! Namaste

I did not enjoy this routine at all. It was too repetitive. Additionally, some of the postures were new to me and the directions were insufficient without watching. If you watch you cannot do the posture. This is the second video of Kate Potter's that I have viewed. I do not think I will view another.

Thanks for letting us know. The great thing is there are so many options for you at Gaiam, and I am sure you will find lots there to choose from. My stye is certainly not for everyone. The repetitions are meant to sort you out on the flow between postures, but sometimes it is not such a bad thing to just watch the movement. However, style is a personal thing, and great you have choices.
