Breakfast Banana Ice Cream & Oats

Breakfast of champions with ice cream! Really easy breakfast to make that will sustain you all day long.

Serves: 1


(use organic ingredients where possible)


  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup water
  • Pinch of salt


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla powder


  • Mix all the porridge ingredients together.
  • Set aside while you make your breakfast ice cream.
  • Add the almond butter, frozen bananas, and vanilla to a Vitamix/blender.
  • Blend until well combined. Don't over blend, as it can turn into a thick smoothie.
  • To assemble, mix your porridge again.
  • Top with the banana ice cream. You can also top with a fruit of your choice.
