  • 1 carrot, grated
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 spring onion, roughly chopped
  • ½ celery stick, roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp psyllium
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp savoury yeast
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ⅓ cup chopped capsicum
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp dried mixed herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Slice of bread
  • Vegetables/fruits of your choice (cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, tomatoes, avocados)
