In astrology there are four elements given to the signs: water, air, earth and fire. She explains how these four elements are reflected in people, the values those elements bring to the world and how they interact with each other. She goes on to offer tips for bringing out elemental based strengths as well as how to bring balance when one may be lacking an element. It is all a matter of finding the natural rhythm of the four elements and how they organize our daily experiences and overall life.
