Cyndi O'Meara Maleo Sweetener

A great homemade syrup made from rapadura sugar with no added nasties!


  • 2 cups of rapadura sugar
  • 1 cup filtered water


  1. Place ingredients in Thermomix for 2-3 minutes and heat to 37°C(98°F). If you don't have a Thermomix, place in a saucepan on a very low temperature until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour into a jar for storage.
