This is called Anugraha. Other times Grace pushes us and throws us in to a profound awakening. This energy is called Kripa. In every case, you are held by Grace's current. When you remember this, you grow. Through heart opening back bends and contemplative inversions you will be supported and pushed to unfold your practice with Ashleigh Sergeant. Sometimes it will feel sweet, other times it will be scary. You will be safe, supported and held if you remember the universe is holding you—every time.
