Energizing

Experience a set of kriyas (repeated actions) designed to cultivate and circulate energy. Use this practice whenever you need a pick-me-up or as an ideal morning awakening. This class includes deep squats paired with mantra breathing and breath of fire pranayama. Complete the practice with full body shaking to circulate and integrate your renewed energy.

The kriyas in this practice are repetitive movements with breath and/or mantra from the Himalayan Kundalini lineage of Sattva Yoga.
