Enliven the back lines of the body from the soles of your feet through your hips, spine, and the crown of your head. Begin supine (lying down) to find engagement in the core before moving into standing and seated postures to open through the hips, hamstrings, back, neck, and bottoms of your feet. The practice culminates in a luxurious savasana with guided relaxation.
