This Managing Pain guided meditation & hypnotherapy session is aimed for people who suffer from feeling pain and need to find ways to help manage it.

Please make sure you have listened to our introduction video at the start of this series to help understand how guided meditation and hypnotherapy works and all the benefits it can bring. All pain, no matter how the pain originates, consists of some muscle tension. Our session will teach you some techniques to help manage and control your pain, relax and let go of tension, so you find yourself feeling much more comfortable, much more at ease and more in control. We recommend that you listen to our session at least four times so you can really compound the positive messaging, override the old beliefs and help your mind create new neural pathways to managing your pain.
