  • 1 tsp garam masala (black peppercorns, cinnamon, clove, cardamon, nutmeg)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 small handful coriander leaves, to serve
