The first trimester is a time of change. In this class, begin on your back to settle chaotic energy slowly and mindfully, and begin to tune in to your inner world. Open your hips, move your spine, and nourish your body in this beautiful time.

During the second trimester, your energy often soars and it is an opportunity to connect with your energy, baby, and body in a refreshing way. In this practice you will utilize flow, low impact movement, hip opening postures, and forward folds to stimulate energy and connect with your baby and breath.

Through grounded and gentle flowing movements, hip openers, forward folds, and supported heart openers you will address lagging energy, relieve stiffness, aches, and pains, but support mental clarity and a sense of trust that your body is ready for birth.

When we practice relaxation and allow our bodies to melt into a guided visualization, we can systematically let go of every tension, fear, worry. In this meditation, sink into trust of the body's wisdom and allow the nervous system to calm for a connected experience during your pregnancy to prepare for birth.
