In this practice, focus the body toward birth and gently building strength in your foundation. Through grounded and gentle flowing movements, hip openers, forward folds, and supported heart openers you will address lagging energy, relieve stiffness, aches, and pains, but support mental clarity and a sense of trust that your body is ready for birth.
