In the second session of Strength Building Yoga, Rodney Yee guides you through a balance and strength practice to tone muscles and enhance self confidence. It begins with a Vinyasa warm-up then moves to standing poses to build balance. Then it ends with Rodney guiding you through the set-up of some fairly difficult poses, such as Crane Pose and Pendulum Pose. Do not be discouraged, if at first, you are not successful. Your strength will develop naturally if you listen to what your body is telling you and you give yourself the time to discover Yoga’s many rewards.
