In this first session of Strength Building Yoga, Rodney Yee guides you through a series of challenging Vinyasa and inverted poses. Vinyasa is a series of flowing poses, linking breath and movement that are designed to help you develop power and stamina. The inverted poses help you to experience your body in a new way. They help you to learn how to build your endurance and increase self confidence while soothing nerves and increasing your vitality. Working through these sections will improve the alignment of your spine and release the tension found in the back and shoulders.
